Meet the Langlade County Humane Society

The Langlade County Humane Society (LCHS) is a privately funded, non-profit organization dedicated to preventing cruelty to animals, alleviating their suffering, and promoting humane education. As a no-kill facility, LCHS is committed to caring for and rehoming animals that come into their shelter.

Located at 2204 Clermont Street in Antigo, Wisconsin, LCHS operates primarily through community support, including donations and volunteer efforts. The shelter offers various services such as adoption, lost and found assistance, and resources for pet owners.

Meet Deena Grabowsky

My passion for photography deepened after losing my dad at an early age. We didn’t have many photos of him with our family, and that absence made me realize just how important it is to preserve precious moments before they’re gone. Photography allows me to freeze these fleeting moments in time so families never have to experience that same heartache.

Senior year happens once, and I’ve been through it twice in my own home. I understand how quickly the year flies by and how important it is to capture it perfectly. My goal isn’t just to take pictures—it’s to create an experience that results in timeless, legacy pieces you’ll treasure forever. I guide my clients through the entire process, from choosing the perfect outfits and locations to delivering custom artwork that celebrates this milestone.

I love working with high school seniors in Central and Northern Wisconsin to create portraits that honor this incredible chapter in their lives.
